Single Entry Visa (Code C)

Description:

This visa allows a visitor to stay in Indonesia for 60 days from the arrival date and extendable every 60 days until maximum 180 days based on Immigration Office approval. This is a single entry visa which will be expired once the holder leaves Indonesia.

Foreigners must choose the destination of arrival, to make the appropriate visa Types of the single entry visa: tourism activities, meetings, incentives, conventions, exhibition, medical treatment, government assignments, social activities, journalists, volunteers, arts and culture, musical performances, religious training, courses, etc

Foreigners holding this visa are not allowed to work and earn money/wages in Indonesia.
This visa can be applied by online before departure to Indonesia.

Document Requirement:

  • Passport valid for at least 12 months.
  • Personal bank statement with minimum amount USD $2000 or equivalent the last 3 months period (including name, date of period, and balance account).
  • Red / White background photographs. Sized 4x6cm = 1pc.
  • Copy of ticket/booking ticket.
  • Address stay in Bali.
  • Birth certificate (for child under 18 year and don’t have a bank account in their own name)
  • Invitation from the person or organization directly responsible for the event or events, which explains the details of the agenda and the material to be presented.
  • Visa Application letter from the sponsor.
  • Bank statement of the sponsor with minimum amount USD $2000 or equivalent the last 3 months period (including name, date of period, and balance account).

Process:

  1. Please prepare copy all of the document’s applicant’s and send them to Bali PAS as per address below or as these are copies may be forwarded by email to : info@indonesiavisas.id or WhatsApp to: +62 818 918 444
  2. Bali PAS shall apply by online, and the E-visa will send by an E-mail or WhatsApp.
  3. This E-visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
  4. After arriving in Indonesia, please pay attention to the square stickers attached by Immigration Officers at the Airport. Stated arrival date and visa expiry date. For extension, please contact BaliPAS at least 7 days before it expires.
  5. Bali PAS staff will attend to all matters concerning the extension to the Indonesian Immigration Office.
  6. This extension process takes 7-10 working days, depend on Immigration Computer System.
  7. For the 1 st extension, 4-5 days after the application is submitted, the applicant is required to come to the immigration office for photo and fingerprints. Schedule for photo and fingerprints shall be notified immediately to the applicant after Bali PAS received the information from the Immigration Office.

Can I work with a Business Visa Indonesia?

No. If you are planning to work in Indonesia, then you should apply for a work permit as well  as a limited (KITAS) or permanent (KITAP) stay permit.

Do Applicant need COVID test and children need a visa?

Yes, you are required to provide an English version of a negative PCR test NO OLDER THAN 72 HOURS FROM YOUR DEPARTING COUNTRY. This includes children. Every person is going to enter Indonesia during Covid-19 Pandemic needs a visa. Children will fall under the same category as their parents.

Is Quarantine required upon arriving in Indonesia?

QUARANTINE IS MANDATORY FOR 8 NIGHTS IN JAKARTA, mandatory quarantine in one of the government determined hotels. You must cover the expenses with your own money.
