All visa exemptions and visa on arrival facilities have been suspended. Foreign visitors are temporarily banned, except those with a Temporary Stay Permit (ITAS), Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP), temporary residence visa or e-visit visa with a visa number ending in LN, diplomats, holders of a service visa or a service stay permit, holders of an APEC Business Travel Card, or passengers traveling under the Travel Corridor Arrangement (TCA). However, any foreigner who has been in India in the previous 14 days is not permitted entry. Transit through Indonesia is not permitted. Passengers must have a printed medical certificate in English with a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test result issued no more than 72 hours prior to departure from the first embarkation point. Airline crew must also carry a certificate, but their test may be taken within 7 days prior to departure. Passengers will be retested on arrival in Indonesia and must quarantine for 5 or 14 days. Airline crew are visa-exempt if they have a crew ID card, are listed in the General Declaration, and are in uniform. All travelers must complete an “electronic health awareness card (e-HAC)” online before departing for Indonesia and present it upon arrival. Deadhead crew must have a valid crew ID or certificate and send written notification that they will be on duty on the return flight to the Immigration Officer at least 24 hours before arrival
