Affidavit

Description:

Affidavit is a statement from the Indonesian Authority stated that a citizen or born from mix couple has also an Indonesian Nationality based on article 4 point d of the Law number 12 of 2006. An affidavit sticker will be stapled in the foreign passport to authorize a foreign child to stay in Indonesia without requesting a permit and / or to exit the territory of Indonesia. An affidavit holder attain the age before 18 years old.

Documents required from the applicant:

  1. Original Child foreign passport.
  2. Original Child Indonesian passport.
  3. Original Birth Certificate.
  4. Original Parents Marriage Certificate.
  5. Original Parents passports or ID Card.
  6. Original Family Card (child is listed on Family Card).
  7. Application letter signed by the parents.
  8. Pas photo, red background size: 4×6= 1pcs.


The above application fee includes:

  1. Handling fee to immigration.
  2. An affidavit statement.
  3. An affidavit sticker on the passport.
  4. Services fee, pickup and delivery documents from Kuta and Denpasar area.


The above application fee doesn’t include:

  1. Translation fee for any documents.
  2. Any insurance and personal liability.
  3. Other cost which is not mentioned on the “fee includes”.


Process:

  1. Please prepare all the above required documents and contact Bali PAS.
  2. Bali PAS staff will attend for all matters concerning the affidavit process to Indonesian Authority. This process takes at least 10 working days.
  3. During this process, Bali PAS shall arrange an appointment and contact the applicant to come to the Immigration Office with the parents for a photographs and fingerprints session.
  4. Affidafit must be renewed upon a new passport is owned.

Can I work with a Business Visa Indonesia?

No. If you are planning to work in Indonesia, then you should apply for a work permit as well  as a limited (KITAS) or permanent (KITAP) stay permit.

Do Applicant need COVID test and children need a visa?
